If at any point you change your mind about your purchase you have 14 days to return your order from the date of dispatch.
The cost of returning the goods must be paid for by the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the goods being received in their original condition and packaging.

Earring returns
For hygiene reasons earrings can not be returned.
Bespoke Jewellery
For bespoke jewellery you have no right to return the jewellery.
